PARKING: One small single car garage space for compact vehicles only, plus 1 parking pad in front of the garage for any size vehicle. Garage dimensions 80"Hx15'Dx7'W. Available general neighborhood street parking (metered and unmetered) can also be utilized. Accessed from the rear street (Neptune Ave.)

LAUNDRY: Free shared facilities are located in the rear garage. Guests must provide their own supplies.

LOCATION: Just steps from the area's best beachfront, there is great surfing and lots of sea life on the nearby jetties. An easy stroll or bike ride to restaurants and shopping. Tennis, racquet ball and basketball courts nearby; 3 parks within walking distance. Easy day excursions to Disneyland/California Adventures, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and more! World class shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza only 10-15 minutes away!

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, etc. Contact us for more information!

NOTE: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
