Our newly updated 2 bedroom/1 bath vacation rental is sleek, simple, and professionally outfitted for groups of up to four. Located in the middle of the Newport Beach Peninsula and just one house from the beach, this vacation rental couldn't be in a more prime spot! You'll be within easy walking distance to restaurants, the Fun Zone, Marina Park, and the Newport & Balboa Piers. In other words, park the car and forget about it for your entire vacation! One of three rentals on the property, this unit is tucked back from the street and is located on the first floor. Here's what you'll find:
LIVING/DINING AREA:

EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
2 twin trifold floor mats with pillows and linens are provided (and are best suited for children). Guests may rent twin rollaway beds (subject to availability), with extra linens, from the management. Please make arrangements for payment and delivery in advance of your arrival.

Just one house away from the beach, there is plenty of fun to be found in the surf and sand:  surfing, body boarding, paddle boarding, sun bathing and much more! 7 blocks North, you will find the lovely bayfront Marina Park with a playground for the kids, and the waterfront Lighthouse Caf?9 blocks South is the Balboa Pier and Fun Zone area! Enjoy world-class shopping at Lido Marina Village, Fashion Island, and South Coast Plaza--less than a 15-minute drive away. Note: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula?s main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:Â
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, twin rollaway beds, and much more! CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

Stunning guest house
Stunning guest house, walkable to the beach and restaurants. Check in was simple and communication with the team was ample and welcome.

Clean and new
Clean, close to beach with new furniture, appliances and furniture were new. Quick walk around the corner to the sand and overall the space was nicely layer out, clean and new.

Great private spot!
Great private spot! It was such an easy walk to the beach and within 1 mile either direction of restaurants. The place was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was just perfect for our small family of 3.

steps to the beach
Location was great; steps to the beach and a few minute walk to restaurants and shopping. The place was clean and beds were comfy. Fans above each bed made for some extra comfort. The large open kitchen/living room was enjoyable. The host/rental agency was easy to communicate with. Note to future guests, it can get noisy during the day with the closeness to the road and neighbors on all sides and above. We were out most of the day so it didn’t bother us too much and seemed to quiet down after dark. There’s also no a/c so windows are a must to have open to cool down, which makes it difficult to avoid the extra noise. We understood this before booking and it’s just the nature of the area, so again didn’t bother us too much.
