Enjoy world-class shopping at Lido Marina Village, Fashion Island, and South Coast Plaza--less than a 15-minute drive away. Note:Â This home is conveniently located along the peninsula?s main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
