PARKING:
One space in the right side garage, which can accommodate small to mid-size vehicles. Smaller vehicles may park in the left side garage but the property owner stores some personal items on that side, which can make it prohibitive for most vehicles. There is also general neighborhood street parking, metered, unmetered and pay-station. **Personal items in the garage that are not to be accessed or used by guests**
LAUNDRY:
 - Free washer/dryer facilities are located in the garage.
 - Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
LOCATION:
Just steps from the area's best beachfront, there is great surfing and lots of sea life on the nearby jetties. An easy stroll or bike ride to restaurants and shopping. Tennis, racquet ball and basketball courts nearby; 3 parks within walking distance. Easy day excursions to Disneyland/California Adventures, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and more! World class shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza only 18-20 minutes away.

We were very happy with our stay
We were very happy with our stay. Instructions were clear and we got in and out without incident. They even sent a runner to meet a delivery person for some gear we rented, which was above and beyond great service. House was clean and accurately described. Right on the sand!
