Note: due to the original 1929 construction, the characteristics of this multi-level property are charming, and quirky, with some slanted flooring, narrow bathrooms and low clearances. Here's what you will find:

Just steps from the area's best beachfront, there is great surfing and lots of sea life on the nearby jetties. An easy stroll or bike ride to restaurants and shopping. A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
