An easy stroll or bike ride to restaurants and shopping with fishing, boating and bike rental also within walking distance. Tennis, racquet ball and basketball courts nearby; 3 parks within walking distance. Easy day excursions to Disneyland/California Adventures, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and more! World class shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza only 10-15 minutes away!

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

Perfect place to stay

We loved our stay here. It is a very short walk to the beach (with even a peek view from the dining area). The decor is lovely and comfortable...and very suitable for a beach location.

Great Location!

Loved being so close to the beach! The place is spotless and well-stocked. Wi-fi a tad spotty… other than that, perfect!

Felt Like Home

Our three year old was ready to take up residence in this home and informed us “it’s the home he’s been looking for” (Dad is a real estate agent and we look at a lot of homes 😉). We loved it so much and it was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean, relaxing, plenty of towels, beach chairs, toys and umbrellas for shade. Convenient walk to the beach. This place made our beach vacation feel like a dream.

Lovely stay

Great proximity to the beach, with boardwalk access only a couple blocks away. Nice kitchen and lovely airy bright living space with deck to enjoy the sea air and sun. Property also had bikes, boogie boards, and beach chairs which we really appreciated. Beds were comfy, furniture was a bit worn, but hey it’s the beach. But don’t expect posh perfection- more comfy, lived-in relaxed. Parking is super tight, so bring a smaller car and expect to maneuver a bit. Lovely Newport is worth any small inconveniences!
