We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a great location. Spacious living area and large bedrooms. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved being so close to the beach, steps from the sand, can watch the sunset from the balcony and kitchen. 10 minute walk to grocery and food. Internet only worked in the front half, there are TVs in every bedroom, but the ones in the back didn't get a signal. The tub had a little sand in the bottom when we got there, not very clean looking. Garages are small! And take talent to get into, very limited street parking on Sat/Sun. Bike rentals are a great idea!

Very nice, well cared for place in a great location. Very close to the beach and boardwalk area. There were 13 of us and we didn't feel cramped at all. Neighborhood has kind of a party atmosphere, so the evenings were fun, but not too quiet. Parties were not late into the night though and did not keep us up. We rented bikes from the bike rental company that is associated with the property manager. Bikes are a great way to get around in this area. Bikes were delivered and picked up at our door, which worked out great. Delivery could have been a little earlier for us, but overall it was a really good experience.

Great place for our whole family. Great location. Nice to have enough king beds for the couples. Would stay here again :)

We booked this option on accident and was not able to cancel, but we are so glad we didn't cancel! The house wasn't spotless, it wasn't an issue. The rooms were all so big and fit 12 women. The view is minimal from the balcony but being just a couple steps from the beach made it all worth it. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, very roomie. A hop and a skip away from the beach. We had a fabulous time.

My sisters and I were so pleased with the accommodations. 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plenty of hot water and plenty of space. We played dominoes on the balcony while listening to the waves crash on the beach. Bike rides and walks were daily, and the sunsets, of course, beautiful. I picked up the keys, etc. and the office staff were very busy but that didn't stop them from being very helpful and courteous. I asked for a Chinese restaurant recommendation, and they provided three (3). Pick up and drop off was easy and efficient. I kept the cute bucket and shovel - I hope that was okay!

This place is so darling and extremely equipped.. not a single detail was missed. I love the location; we literally walked everywhere.. 5-10 walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery etc... I will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed at a Beachview Realty home and thoroughly enjoyed it! There was plenty of room for all 11 of us. The location was perfect for our needs and we loved being able to walk to the beach and watch the dolphins play in the water. As was noted in the description, the garage was extremely small - but we had been notified of this ahead of time. The communication with Beachview Realty was great and they were always quick to communicate. I would recommend this place!

I'm giving full stars for the value because the price was amazing for half a block to the beach. Another pro is the 6 bedrooms with king sized beds in each room aside from one (2 twins) made it perfect for our group! The place could use a few updates. Most beds are really hard and the couch springs are lumpy and fairly uncomfortable but we made it work! Entry into the small garage is at a tricky angle so really only worked for the midsized and smaller cars in our group. We loved the keyless entry, being pretty close to the freeway, quiet neighborhood, and having a biking/walking trail right outside the door. The best part was that the view was pretty good for not being right on the beach. Overall, highly recommend!

Such a great space! Perfect for a bigger group, a balcony with a beautiful view and right across the street from beach access. Walkable to food/shops. The owners of the house were very nice and responsive. They answered all my questions and were so helpful. They were very easygoing and made our trip that much better, I would highly recommend this place.

Unit was fantastic and very close to the beach. You can get that from other rental agency's too but what stood out was Beachview's exceptional customer service. Thank you guys so much.

We had the best experience renting from you! You were always so helpful and accommodating. Even when we needed a broom you brought it right over. We have never rented a beach house before and let me tell you it was life changing!! We will never do it any other way. 5 stars!!! We loved it!! This was our last trip with our son who graduated before he goes off and it was perfect!!
