Best of all is the close proximity to the hugely popular 40th Street beach: well-known for its great surf and inviting shoreline. A longtime local favorite, there is something for everyone to enjoy here! Every convenience imaginable is within easy walking distance from this home: from the well-stocked Pavilions grocery store and various eateries just a few short blocks away, to the lively yet quaint Newport Pier area; and so many more destinations in between, including banks, a pharmacy, full-size movie theater, restaurants, and shops for all ages to enjoy. Guests can park their cars once and not use them again until departure day!
The beachfront boardwalk, which runs almost a 6-mile length of the peninsula, facilitates a great transportation corridor for pedestrians and bicycles, in addition to the Seashore Dr. bike path. It's the best way to get around town to avoid any parking and traffic hassles, too!Â

Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Hop Skip and a jump to the Beach!
Great property extremely close to the beach.

Excellent Beachy Location
Just a few steps from the sand, quick walk or drive to Balboa, 4 large bedrooms...full kitchen and grill. What more can you ask for! Note: Housekeepers are there at 10am checkout and SHARP. So start packing early and get OUT LOL...or maybe the PM company should honor the hour wiggle room we were told about upon check-in and have the cleaners there at 1030 or 11.

Great Location Next to the Beach!
This property was exactly how it was described on the site. We really appreciate the great customer service of the property management - specifically, Celine! She was such a delight and recommended us to many places to visit with our kiddos. The Property itself was really clean, and spacious! We would totally come back and stay here again soon!

The home was great! Clean & updated. Kitchen perfectly equipped. Great location to the beach and 15 min walk from restaurants. Bathrooms & Rooms were sized well!

We had a large party (11) and everyone slept very comfortably with easy access to morning walks on the beach. The second patio was huge and perfect for dinner outside.
