Best of all is the close proximity to the hugely popular 40th Street beach: well-known for its great surf and inviting shoreline. A longtime local favorite, there is something for everyone to enjoy here! Every convenience imaginable is within easy walking distance from this home: from the well-stocked Pavilions grocery store and various eateries just a few short blocks away, to the lively yet quaint Newport Pier area; and so many more destinations in between, including banks, a pharmacy, full-size movie theater, restaurants, and shops for all ages to enjoy. Guests can park their cars once and not use them again until departure day!
The beachfront boardwalk, which runs almost a 6-mile length of the peninsula, facilitates a great transportation corridor for pedestrians and bicycles, in addition to the Seashore Dr. bike path. It's the best way to get around town to avoid any parking and traffic hassles, too!Â

Perfect vacation home!
This property was exactly as promised. The home was spotless and the maintenance man who appeared to fix a chain on the ceiling fan, was so pleasant and nice. The access to the beach was amazing and the patio was the best ever!

Great Location
Loved the house, location and the property. 2 things that could be improved would be having a lock box instead of having to pick up and drop off keys and having more beach gear in the house instead of having to rent everything. House came with 4 beach chairs and some towels but the chairs are cheap and uncomfortable and could use an upgrade. Overall the location is the best part of the property.

Easy to get to. Place was exactly as listed. Coin laundry, but was inexpensive. Had all the amenities needed for our stay.

Perfect for our family gathering - 60th anniversary headquarters. Convenient to our destinations, quiet neighborhood and fortunately parking worked,

Great location steps from the beach. House was quiet and comfortable. The 2 parking spaces were a must.

Better in Person than the Pictures!
We really enjoyed our stay. The location was FANTASTIC! The house looks better in person than in the pictures- nicely renovated. It fit our two families nicely! The bathrooms were small but it was nice to have 3 of them. It is very easy to hear from room to room and hear the guests upstairs but it didn’t bother us much. The cleaning fee is a lot for the space, for the lack of toiletries they provide, & for the amount of cleaning they expect from their guests at check out. Other than the outrageous cleaning fee- worth the stay.

Loved our stay
Loved our stay. The property was great, well maintained, and well furnished for our needs. The location was excellent, we love staying in this area. We got to explore a few new places based on recommendations from the Beachview Realty staff, who was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We are looking forward to coming back soon!
