LOCATION:
Best of all is the close proximity to the hugely popular 40th Street beach: well-known for its great surf and inviting shoreline. A longtime local favorite, there is something for everyone to enjoy here! Every convenience imaginable is within easy walking distance from this home: from the well-stocked Pavilions grocery store and various eateries just a few short blocks away, to the lively yet quaint Newport Pier area; and so many more destinations in between, including banks, a pharmacy, full-size movie theater, restaurants, and shops for all ages to enjoy. Guests can park their cars once and not use them again until departure day!
The beachfront boardwalk, which runs almost a 6-mile length of the peninsula, facilitates a great transportation corridor for pedestrians and bicycles, in addition to the Seashore Dr. bike path. It's the best way to get around town to avoid any parking and traffic hassles, too! 

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, rollaway twin beds, and much more! CITY TAX:

Perfect location

This place was perfect for our large group of 12. We never felt like we were all over each other. There are 5 big bedrooms, with 2 of them having their own bathroom. We were literally steps from the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location!

Just steps from the beach, more spacious rooms than the pictures portray! Two rooms have attached bathrooms. Just read listing carefully. Bring extra paper towels, TP, and there is not washer and dryer IN the house, even though it’s listed under amenities.

Wonderful setup

The unit was great. Our stay was for an annual family vacation. We liked that having the rooms were more toward the back and the kitchen/family room up front. It allowed for one to go rest without disturbing the fun. It was also very close to the beach.

Really great place for a bigger group to stay. 5 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, all with TVs. Great location. Easy access to all the stores/restaurants. Really helpful and responsive host.

Wonderful family vacation!

Wonderful family vacation! I have four children scattered all over the United States. We had a great experience gathering in Newport! Lots of space and steps from the beach and boardwalk. I made adjustments to the bike rentals (so worth it!) that were promptly arranged. I asked for additional pans to bake my son‘s birthday cake, they were delivered promptly. Enough bathrooms, bedrooms, cookware, towels, chairs, etc. Private patio off the master was great! Open floor plan was nice for visiting. Great communication throughout. After our great trip, I left several items in the hall closet. They were gathered and mailed to me too. Can’t say enough good about the location, property amenities, and service.
