To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 1 trifold floor mat (best suited for children) is provided, along with extra linens/pillows. A twin rollaway bed can be rented in lieu of the mat, if desired. Make arrangements in advance, to ensure delivery in time for guest arrival.Â

DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.Â
LAUNDRY:
Laundry facilities on-site. Guests must provide their own supplies.
PARKING:
-Â 1 garage space for small to mid-sized vehicles only. Right side. Larger vehicles will not fit and will need to find street parking in the neighborhood. Guests are not permitted to park along the garage on Seashore Drive.
-Â General neighborhood street parking can also be utilized when spaces are available (metered, un-metered or pay-station), but can be challenging to secure during peak seasons. Please ensure your vehicle will fit in the designated parking space before booking.
LOCATION:
Just steps from the area's best beachfront, there is great surfing and lots of sea life on the nearby jetties. An easy stroll or bike ride to restaurants and shopping. Tennis, racquet ball and basketball courts nearby; 3 parks within walking distance. Easy day excursions to Disneyland/California Adventures, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and more! World class shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza only 10-15 minutes away.

Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers; twin rollaway beds and much more! CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

Had a good time
The location of the home is perfect. Right on the sand. Great views from inside the unit. The balcony is small but was nice to enjoy a cup of coffee in the AM. The parking situation is not ideal, but there is space for two cars, one in front of the other, that was shared with the lower tenants. If we were blocked in, we just had to text and they were quick to move and very nice.

Can't beat the location
First time staying on the oceanfront away from the boardwalk. Very peaceful. Small balcony, but could drink coffee and watch/listen to the ocean without the foot traffic. Would stay here again

Would definitely stay again
Very nice place with a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Very close to downtown Newport Beach. It’s walking distance to a number of restaurants. There are stairs inside the apartment that are quite steep that we blocked off so our little ones would not fall down. There are also a few stairs inside the place that lead to each of the bedrooms. If our children had been a bit older, it would have not been a big deal. The garage was also quite large which was nice since we rented a large suv. Would definitely stay again!

Great spot right on the beach
Great spot right on the beach. Great host as well. We used the space for a leadership meeting and it worked perfectly. Walkable to amazing shopping and restaurants
