This home is conveniently located along the peninsula?s main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.

Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers; twin rollaway beds and much more! CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

Wonderful spot in Newport Beach!
This is a brand new, gorgeous rental just two minutes walk to the beach. Each bedroom has its own en suite, which makes it great for a large family or group. The rooftop terrace is a great place to relax after a day at the beach.

Amazing and modern
This home is amazing for a large family. All appliances are very very modern and easy to understand. The decor was everything. I highly recommend this Beachfront hone.

Rooftop deck is the best
I stayed at this property with a group of seven adults. We found the space to be very comfortable. The location is walkable to the beach and many restaurant options. The rooftop deck is the highlight of the property. Note that one of the queen bedrooms must be used as a pass-through to access the roof deck.

100% satisfied
We rented this house for spring break for our teenage daughter and some of her friends. It was beyond our expectations. Excellent location, one minute walk from the sand. We took electric bikes and they were very free, as everything was very close. The house is excellent, comfortable beds, great bathrooms, equipped kitchen, easy communication, I will definitely rent it again, as we are 100% satisfied with everything.

this place was great
this place was great. Very easy to walk to the beach and bike paths. Great proximity to the pier and local restaurants. The kitchen was pretty well stocked for our needs. The beach equipment they provide was very helpful, especially the wagon. The chairs and beach games were also nice. The host was very responsive to needs, especially when the neighboring unit was being very noisy, they quieted them down quickly. The host was very responsive and helpful.
