Stack washer/dryer located along second level hallway. Guests must provide their own supplies.

LOCATION:
This home is conveniently located along the peninsula?s main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.

RECREATIONAL GEAR: 
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers; twin rollaway beds and much more! CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

Dream vacation house

Wonderful in every way.. house immaculate, rooftop deck was an entertaining paradise .. location was perfect.. close to everything .. could walk to restaurants, shopping beach and surfing beaches close by Great Family vacation!

Awesome house and perfect location

We have been coming to Newport for 28 years and have stayed in too many houses to remember. This one was awesome and we will come back for sure. Everything Was as it was described and it was a perfect week.

House was immaculate

The house was immaculate. There is a higher bathroom to person ratio than I had ever seen in a rental house. With that said, the indoor "public" space was a bit smaller than I was used to. There is an extensive outdoor patio, but you are limited to how long you can be out there because of strict noise ordinances - even slightly animated conversation will carry to neighboring houses. This unit shares the same building, vertically, with a mirror image unit. You will hear your neighbors through the walls. The unit is about a block from the ocean, but your views from the various windows is are rather ugly. You are mainly looking out at Balboa Blvd and can't see the beach at all. Getting in and out of the garage can be a bit tricky, since the garage door opens to a narrow alley.

Absolutely Beautiful/Perfect place for any family or group of friends. My family 100% enjoyed every second of our stay at this location. We will be back, close to everything, beach, grocery stores, bars, all types of restaurants and bike and beach rentals. Thank you again guys until next time!

Great spot

Very well managed condo, super convenient 1-2 blocks to the beach but basically felt like we were staying "on" the beach. We had unit A, which does not have a beach view, but the outdoor space was still top notch.

Very accomodating

Very nice and clean place, close to beach, restaurants, and entertainment. Really appreciated that each bedroom had its' own bathroom and TV - was excellent for breaking up family time and getting ready for the day. I'd stay there again in the summer time or another time. Beachview Realty was responsive when setting up the place initially and proactively communicative throughout the process. I thought they were very professional and accomodating.

Absolutely fantastic rental.

The renters were very communicative and the place was described very accurately, very nice and very clean. Beds were very comfortable and it was fantastic each bedroom had their own bathroom. Would recommend 100% and would definitely rent again!

Great location!!

Great location!! Perfect spot for a chill bachelorette weekend. So much to do in the area and perfect walkable distance from beach! Nice rooms and bathrooms for each room is a huge plus! Balcony on 3rd floor is amazing and where we spent most of our time enjoying the pretty weather!
