DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. 

PARKING:
- 1 space in shared 2-car garage. Fits most vehicle sizes. Accessed via rear alley
- Available neighborhood street parking can also be utilized (metered and non-metered). 

LAUNDRY:
Shared free facilities are located in the garage. Guests must provide supplies.

LOCATION:
Bayfront Marina Park is just 1/2 block away - a local favorite, including a fantastic bay front kids' playground, the Lighthouse Cafe, paddle board and sailboat rentals; the historical Newport Pier, restaurants and shops galore; and the beach just across Balboa Blvd. Note: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula?s main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.

RECREATIONAL GEAR: 
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, and portable high chairs; wagons; rollaway twin beds; and more. CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

5 Days of Great

I can't say enough about this property; it's location is perfect, one block from the beach; it's immaculately clean and freshly painted, and the layout is genius in it's simplicity. We were a family of six, plus a 2 yr old, and the way the inside is divided up everyone had complete privacy. There are two back bedrooms, each with its own TV and access to a bathroom, and there's a door in the hallway to separate these areas from a front bedroom which has access to the living rm, kitchen, and breakfast area, also with its own bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the garage which can fit two vehicles, and the front patio includes a table, chairs, umbrella, and a propane grill. All you need to bring is your own personal products. Even towels and washcloths are supplied. The only thing which could be improved upon is the sinking living room sofa, but honestly, I could've stayed longer and would definitely request this same property again.

Good place to stay

The location was awesome but if you get a big car the garage is a little small for 2 cars with the upstairs unit also having a car we had to leave our car hanging out a little bit. Just across the street to the beach though so no need to really drive anywhere!

Great Family Beach Vacation

This was a great rental property for our family beach vacation. It’s in a great location just a short walk away from the Newport Pier. The layout of this property was also great for our young family as the bedrooms are in the back and there is a hallway door that can be shut as well to block any noise from the back bedrooms. It is also very close to a clean park (we call it the light house park) right next to the harbor. We also appreciated the ceiling fans in every bedroom and living space as well as the extras stored in the closets. We visit Newport every summer and having fans is a must! Any issues/questions we had were answered quickly and kindly by the property management. We loved and enjoyed our stay here!

Awesome location

Was great, the location is awesome, the place is clean and accurate (in comparison to the pictures), almost no noise, just what we needed. Definitely recommend this place.

Everything was great

Great location, walking distance to the beach and the board walk, good size for 2 small families to share for 1 week. The only thing I would change is reserve the home directly from Beach Realty office to save 100s of dollars:)

just steps to the beach

This house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms I felt it was very spacious for our family of four. Location is great literally just steps to the beach. The street in front of the house is quite busy and cars drive very fast down it so with people with young kids would definitely want to keep an eye out if they’re out in the front patio. I think everything went really great, and I would recommend this place. The response time for their customer service team was very quick and offered multiple options to correct a very small issue that we had.
