•Six bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms.  Three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

•Two living rooms on separate floors: First and Second Floor have full ocean views. Soak in the sun, waves, ocean breezes, Catalina Island, and sunset after sunset. 

•Downstairs Living Area- a great to hang out at lower level with access to an outside patio front and center to the expansive 18th Street beach and Pacific Ocean. Downstairs bar area has a 15’ wrap around counter island, full refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Perfect for entertaining in a separate area away from upstairs. 

•Downstairs BDRMs: Three bedrooms each with queen size beds. One downstairs bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and small built-in desk with TV. There is a second full bathroom with tub/shower combo in the hallway.

•Upstairs (2nd level)- fully remodeled with full kitchen, new Thermador appliances including two ovens for large cooking, Thermador gas range, dishwasher, warming drawer, Thermador refrigerator.

•Upstairs (2nd level) Living Area: dining area, living room, fireplace, TV, and large covered outside patio with BBQ area. This second living area has sliding doors that allows you to open the space into a covered patio. With spectacular ocean & Catalina Island views, watch the waves, sunsets, & smell the sea air, while maintaining privacy from the boardwalk below.

•Upstairs (2nd level) bedrooms: One kids bedroom, with twin beds and built in storage, Second upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed with en-suite bathroom and TV. The third bedroom is a large Master suite which includes an office area, Fireplace, TV, reading area, private balcony, and large en-suite Master Bathroom with shower, jacuzzi tub, & plenty of built in storage.

LINENS:
All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee and are attractively installed.

PARKING:
1 car garage space and 1 carport space. Fits small to mid-sized vehicles only.

Free washer/dryer facilities are located in the unit. Guests should provide their own laundry supplies. 


LOCATION:
Optimally situated between the Newport and Balboa Pier, our home is also a short walk to full access of Newport’s beautiful bay and pleasure harbor for boating, kayaking, paddling and sight-seeing, along with multiple restaurants and other casual eateries and shops. Nearby Marina Park (one block away) is a must-see on the bay any time of year, but also the best spot in town to view the world famous Christmas Boat Parade.


CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.


SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

Note: This listing pertains to the 1st and 2nd level of this property. The 3rd level is a separate condo and tenant occupied.
