The highly-coveted pier to pier location and close proximity to the Pacific Ocean and Newport Harbor make this home a memorable and affordable destination for anyone looking for an extended stay. Two spaces (TANDEM). One space in the garage, and the other in the carport (right side of the property only)

Free washer/dryer facilities are located in the unit. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies. 


LOCATION:
Optimally situated between the Newport and Balboa Pier, our home is also a short walk to full access of Newport’s beautiful bay and pleasure harbor for boating, kayaking, paddling and sight-seeing, along with multiple restaurants and other casual eateries and shops. Nearby Marina Park (one block away) is a must-see on the bay any time of year, but also the best spot in town to view the world famous Christmas Boat Parade.


RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, rollaway twin beds, and much more! SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
-This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

Guests staying in the rear B unit may use the front patio as an easement to access the beach and boardwalk only.
