Easy access to the famous boardwalk, and the nearby Newport Pier area, as well as eateries, shopping, groceries, coffee shops, Lido Marina Village, and many other conveniences, make this location ideal for walking and biking to all your desired destinations without ever having to get in your car! Note: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula?s main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, and portable high chairs, jogger strollers, twin rollaway beds, etc. Contact us for more information!
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

Enjoy immensely
This was our second time staying here and this time was even better! The house is in a great location in Newport Beach and only one block from the beach. The communication was excellent. Checking in and out was seamless and we enjoyed our family vacation immensely.

Very clean place and a great location. Within walking distance to some great restaurants. I drive a truck so I wasn’t able to fit in the shared parking spot in the garage but I had zero issues with finding parking right on the street in front of the house.

A new favorite rental in Newport
I grew up here so I’m partial to where I stay when I come back. The house we booked through Beachview was perfect for my wife and adult kids. I prefer to stay on the south side of the pier, little less hectic and better beach access. This house was far enough from the pier yet close enough to comfortably walk to everything one would need. The house is clean, well decorated and mechanically sound. I would most definitely book this house again next time we return back “home”.

Perfect for our 3 families!
Our large family loved vacationing in this home! It was perfect for our 3 families, cozy, and large enough for us all to comfortably be there. AMAZING location - so close to the beach and we walked everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

exactly as advertised
This property is exactly as advertised and more. The home has big rooms, comfortable mattresses and is an excellent location within walking distance from several restaurants. Communication with Beachview Realty was a breeze, the team was always responsive and I would not hesitate to book a rental in Newport Beach again with them next time.

The management company was really great
We really enjoyed staying at this place for a family beach and Disney vacation! The management company was really great at communicating and very responsive. We arrived late at night and were able to have groceries sent to their office that they delivered to the home for us before our arrival. The garage fit two cars easily including a minivan! There was some construction noise across the street and the project will likely be going for several months, but not much can be done about that.

We would definitely stay here again!
We stayed at 1617 Balboa Blvd. This house is absolutely amazing! It fit our family perfect! Easy walk to the beach, easy walk to the park, generally located close enough to walk or ride to pier and shops. Check in was easy. Communication with beachview realty was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

The location is fantastic
Beach view Realty was easy to work with and responsive to our needs. We came from out of town and they made us feel right at home with some rentals for the beach already in the garage ready to use. The location is fantastic and only a block from the beach! The only part that was difficult was 10am check out and completing all the tasks before then with two little kids.

WE LOVED IT!!
This beach house was everything that the description said it was. The home was clean. The location was perfectly located close enough to all the action but yet still at a distance enough to have a peaceful stay. The host was very responsive before we left for our trip when I had a couple of questions...once we got there, I didn't have to reach out not once.... because they did such a good job describing everything that was there and what we should plan to bring. We would definitely stay at this location again. (I 'm pretty picky too...lol) WE LOVED IT!!
