Here's what you'll find:

To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 1 trifold floor mat is provided (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows. A twin rollaway bed can be rented in lieu of the floor mat, if desired. Make arrangements in advance to ensure availability and delivery in time for your arrival.

PARKING:
1 space provided in shared double garage, accommodates most regular sized vehicles. Rear alley access. Available general neighborhood parking can also be utilized (metered and unmetered).
LAUNDRY:
Free facilities are located inside the unit. Guests must provide all laundry supplies.
ALSO:
The downstairs 3 bedroom/2 bath unit can be rented simultaneously, when available, to accommodate larger family groups on the entire property. See separate listing or contact our office for more information.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, high chairs, jogger strollers, twin rollaway beds, and much more! CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

Very nice
We were very happy to find this place last minute. Looks just like the photos, clean, and close to everything we wanted. Would definitely stay again when we come back to Newport.

Newport Beach house
The newly renovated house was perfect for our family. The unit has a washer and dryer in it which was nice. Close to everything and of course the beach is always perfect. Any communication was answered quickly by the Beachview staff.

Definitely a 5 star house
Beautiful place… close to beach.. fireplace does not work they should state that it’s just for looks and that’s it… It was very clean and beautiful. The beds were amazing! And tons of fans were supplied. And for locking the door no need for code just push the lock button that’s it. I loved loved the place and would return in a heartbeat. Beachview Realty was a pleasure to work with. Beach house oh how I will miss you!

Amazing Location
Spent a long weekend here and highly recommend! The house was even better and more spacious than the pictures portray. Location could not be more perfect! Right off the beach and an easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping! The management team is on top of it and quick to help with any questions.

Everything was great!
Great location, clean house, right on the beach! So many things to walk to, check in process was very easy and the Beachview team was prompt in responding within an hour or so! Everything was great! Thank you for the stay, we look forward to coming back!

Good location. Lots of space for large groups. 2 mins from the beach.

Would recommend
Great stay with 7 of us. 2 adults, 5 kids. Rented extra bikes and beach chairs. Very short walk to beach and downtown. Can easily bike to Huntington (10mi roundtrip). Place was clean and well equipped. Does get a but warm without AC, but the fans help. Would recommend.

Stayed here with my adult children and mom to celebrate my mom's and my birthday. I was so pleased with the house, I will definitely be renting it again.

This a beautiful spot in a great location.
This a beautiful spot in a great location. 4 very comfortable beds, in unit washer and dryer, garage for parking, lots of appliances and kitchen tools to use. Really nice fridge and freezer to store your food. One note though, be sure to double check that you have everything when checking out, I left a few personal items (eye glasses, power cord, electric toothbrush) and I contacted them right away, but the items must have been tossed out by the cleaning crew which is unfortunate. So double check before leaving and you will have a great stay.

Overall we had an amazing stay
This house is clean, well decorated and spacious! We loved the large living room and functional kitchen with lots of windows which created a nice breeze. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. You cannot beat the location! Steps away from the sand and Sanchos tacos is a couple blocks away! It is not ideal that they do not have A/C as it being an upper unit, the heat settles in the back bedrooms. Fans are available in the master closet which does help, but it takes a while for them to cool off after sundown. Overall we had an amazing stay in this beautiful home and appreciated the responsiveness of Beachview’s staff!
