Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers; twin rollaway beds and much more! CITY TAX:Â
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.Â

Perfect location
This is the perfect distance from the sand, off the boardwalk and just a very short walk to the wayer. Our family had a perfect beach vacation.

Great location to beach and restaurant
Have to use company to check in and out with keys so a little difficult if you don’t have a car, the stay was great can’t beat the location, the house has all needed amenities just a little outdated. Loved all the roof top decks!

Great location
This house had the perfect set up for our family and you can't get a better location. The patio furniture is pretty beat up and the beach umbrellas were broken but other than that everything fit our needs.

We loved staying here!
Newport Beach did not disappoint and the home we rented was perfect. It was clean and spacious just as the ad specified. The view and location was perfect. It got a little noisy at night but quieted down at 10:00 pm. We can’t wait to stay again!

Would absolutely stay again!
Great floor plan with 3 beds and bath upstairs. So clean! Comfortable beds. Towels thin and small is the only thing I would change. Great communication and service. The kitchen sink backed up and they came right over to fix it! Would absolutely stay again!
