Sit on the front ocean view balcony to soak up the California sunshine! Every detail for a delightful coastal vacation has been provided for our guests. Here's what you'll find:

LIVING/DINING ROOM:

 - French doors lead out to front ocean view deck
 - Dining table with seating for 6

KITCHEN:
 - Open to the living/dining areas
 - Large window view to front deck area
 - Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware
 - All major appliances and small appliances
 - Guests must supply their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)

BEDROOMS:
Bedroom #1: King bed; streaming cable TV; private rear deck with seating for 2; en suite bathroom
Bedroom #2: Queen bed
Bedroom #3: Queen bed

EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: 
Additional sleeping accommodations to fulfill the maximum occupancy are provided via 2 twin trifold floor mats, along with extra linens/pillows. (the floor mats are best suited for children) Twin rollaway beds can be rented if adult sleeping accommodations are desired instead of mats. Make arrangements in advance to ensure delivery can be scheduled in time for guest arrival.

Hallway Bathroom: Tub/shower combo

LINENS:
All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee and are attractively installed.

DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. 

LAUNDRY:
Free facilities in entry hallway; guests must provide their own supplies

PARKING:
 - 2 tandem spaces for this unit in the rear 4-car garage
 - Shared garage accessed via rear alley
 - Large SUV's may not fit
 - General street parking throughout the neighborhood when available

ALSO:
For larger family groups, the downstairs 2 bedroom/2 bath unit can be booked simultaneously, when available, to accommodate larger family groups on the entire property. See separate listing or contact our office. 

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, twin rollaway beds, and much more! CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach. 

SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

One of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in!

Such a cute beach house and in a great location!!! Fit our family of 5 with room to spare! One of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in! Will definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay.

Was perfect location, a bit pricey but it was a holiday so we expected that. Could of been a little cleaner but all in all my family and i had an amazing time. The beach was so close, the grill had gas and the kitchen was fully stocked.. they were extremely accommodating. We would stay here again

The house was amazing.

A little bit on the older side but all in all got everything we needed. The location to the beach was literally a minute’s walk. Got the chance meet the owners and they were just wonderful. Golden hour along the beach is a must and is beautiful. This was an amazing experience for our party. Our only regret was we didn’t get the chance to do more on the boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay

The house was amazing. A little bit on the older side but all in all got everything we needed. The location to the beach was literally a minute’s walk. Got the chance meet the owners and they were just wonderful. Golden hour along the beach is a must and is beautiful. This was an amazing experience for our party. Our only regret was we didn’t get the chance to do more on the boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again!
