A relaxing beach motif welcomes guests and offers an ocean view from the front patio, just 1/2 block from the desired 29th Street beach and boardwalk. We've comfortably furnished and stocked our downstairs unit for wonderful year-round family getaways. Here's what you'll find:

LIVING ROOM:
- Leather sofa and love seat
- Streaming TV
- Game table for 2
- Sliding glass door to front patio

KITCHEN/DINING:
- Fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware
- Large and small appliances
- Dining table w/ seating for 6
- Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)

BEDROOM #1:
- King bed
- Streaming TV
- Ceiling fan

BEDROOM #2:
- King bed
- Streaming TV
- Ceiling fan

EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
2 twin trifold floor mats with pillows and linens are provided (and are best suited for children). Guests may rent twin rollaway beds (subject to availability), with extra linens, from the management. Please make arrangements for payment and delivery in advance of your arrival.

LINENS:
All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee and are attractively installed.

HALLWAY BATHROOM:

DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. IN ADDITION, THERE IS NO CENTRAL HEATING: SPACE HEATERS PER ROOM HAVE BEEN PROVIDED.

PARKING:
- 1 space provided in shared double garage, accommodates most vehicles (some SUV's).  
- Garage Measurements: 189" W x 81" H
- Available general neighborhood parking can also be utilized (metered, unmetered and payment kiosks - read all signs). 

LAUNDRY:
Shared free facilities are located in the garage. Guests must provide their own supplies.

ALSO:
The upper 3 bedroom/2 bath unit can be rented simultaneously, when available, to accommodate larger family or business groups on the entire property. See separate listing or contact our office for more information.

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information.

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach. 

SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

Check-out Time: 10 a.m. on the departure date

Beautiful beach bungalow

We spent the Christmas and New Year holidays at this nice place on 29th street. It is just a short walk from the beach, only about 75 feet from sand. We had initially considered a place right on the beachfront walking trail, but we are glad that we chose this place half a block away. The privacy was nice, not having people staring right in the living room windows all day long. The place was extremely clean and well kept. It has a fairly spacious living area with an open concept living and kitchen area. The kitchen has all necessary cooking and cleaning utensils. Aside from maybe salt and pepper, it does not really have any cooking spices or other condiments, which was not a big deal for us. There is no central heating or air, which I'm sure is not a problem for most of the year given the moderate climate so close to the beach. There are three space heaters which were more than adequate for warming the place up at night. Overall, a perfect little getaway for spending time in the beautiful town of Newport Beach. Would definitely love to return someday.

Great location

This is a great property for a beach vacation, close to the beach and a very quick walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linens were crisp and clean. I would have liked my checking instructions earlier than I got them, but I get that its probably a safety thing. Also, if you have a large SUV do not plan on parking in the garage. I would stay here again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place for a small family. I would come back again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean upon arrival. It’s perfect for a small family. The parking spot is not too big but my small suv fit fine. The washer broke down but I appreciate the quick response in getting it replaced right away. I was able to wash some clothes before we left. I would come back again.

Amazing location and updated place

This place had the perfect location; a few houses from the beach (did not have to cross busy streets, bonus with having kids), grocery store a couple blocks away, fun shops a couple blocks away, distance to the restaurants and shops was amazing so we could either walk or ride bikes, bike trail a couple homes away, just everything was perfect. We will definitely be back.

We would use them again for sure

This is our second time with Beachview. They are very responsive and always answer the phone. Our place on 29th Street was a great location. So close to the beach and all the fun restaurants. What I really liked was that departure was easy. We didn't have to strip the beds. We would use them again for sure.
