Our delightful upstairs unit is situated on a quiet street, yet is oh-so-near to the beach and Newport Pier commercial area. Park your car and walk everywhere you want to go! Every detail of this home has been thoughtfully presented and maintained, making it a long-time favorite for many of our returning guests year after year. Plan ahead to ensure there is still availability for your dates! Here's what you'll find:

KITCHEN:
 - Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware

 - Guests must provide their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)
BEDROOMS:
 - Bedroom #1: 1 Queen bed
 - Bedroom #2: 1 Full size bed, 1 Twin bed
 - Bedroom #3: 1 Queen bed; private balcony
EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
2 twin trifold floor mats with pillows and linens are provided (and are best suited for children). A twin rollaway bed can be rented and delivered, if desired, in lieu of the floor mat. Make arrangements with our office for twin rollaway in advance of your stay to ensure availability and timely delivery.
BATHROOMS:
 - Hallway Bath #1: Tub/shower combo
 - Hallway Bath #2: Separate sink/vanity area; Private toilet/step-in shower room
LINENS:
 - All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee and are attractively installed.Â

PARKING:
2 tandem spaces in shared 4-car garage. Garage height 84.5" H. Fits most standard vehicle sizes. Available neighborhood street parking can also be utilized, both metered and non-metered.
LOCATION:
This home is easy walking distance to the Newport Pier, Lido Marina Village, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, & night life. Many recreational activities available including biking on the boardwalk, fishing, kayaking, surfing, golf, rollerblading, boating.Â

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, and portable high chairs, jogger strollers, twin rollaway beds, etc. Contact us for more information!
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.Â

Exceeded Expectations
Every aspect of our experience staying here exceeded our expectations. The pictures online don’t do it justice., it is spectacular, the location is ideal, and it was the highlight of our day to arrive here after a long day working. Our only regret was that we didn’t have a few more days here. We will be back next year if not sooner!

Beautiful, clean home
This home is so clean & pretty! It’s the best we’ve rented. The garage is spacious & comes with goodies. The unit does NOT come with any paper/plastic goods, cleaning supplies, dust pan, seasonings! But there are plenty of pillows & blankets!! And the heated bathrooms were a plus!

Good location and nice property
Very good location near beach. House was clean and well kept. We had 6 people - not sure I would do more unless they are small children as living space to hang out was not big. Would rent again.

Good spot for walking to activities.
The house was a good location for walking to the beach or getting to the bars and restaurants a few blocks away. Everything in the house was good and three bedrooms was more than adequate.

So close to the beach!
Great place for a multi-generational family get together! So close to the beach and nearby restaurants, etc. Will likely stay here again if we are in the area.

We LOVED this property!!
The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach, stores and the pier. We walked to the beach everyday and our kids spent hours playing in the sand. The place is super clean, kitchen is well equipped and private. It was also convenient that there was a grocery store close by and lots of restaurants you can order for take out or dine-in. The communication from the owner was very easy. Check-in/out was super easy as well.

Our stay was amazing!
The rental was incredibly clean and comfortable for our family of four. The location was perfect...feet from the ocean and just a few blocks from ice cream, bars, restaurants, and more. Beachview Realty was friendly and the communication was awesome. They could not have made it easier to reserve and access this rental. We can't wait for our next trip at a Beachview Realty property!

A wonderful location with garage parking.
A wonderful location with garage parking. Literally a 30 second walk to the beach. It’s close to restaurants, bars, shopping, and a grocery store. Everything was clean. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the fans in the room. We like to sleep with the noise of fans so this was a great perk! The kitchen was also nicely stocked. There were beach chairs, towels, bikes, and everything we needed for our long weekend away. We felt very safe and the neighborhood was quiet during our November stay. Bring your own laundry soap pods and shampoo and conditioner. They did provide a 3:1 soap in the showers. We will definitely stay here again and suggest it for other family and friends visiting Newport. Easy check in and out with very straightforward directions. We contacted the management company for help locking the patio doors (user error) and they were prompt to reply.

Absolutely loved our stay!
Absolutely loved our stay! Newport was fun and beautiful. Our Airbnb was exactly as expected and our hosts were super accommodating. My parents who are used to staying in hotels were very comfortable and content here. They loved the added amenity of having a washer and dryer. Loved it! Would stay again!

The unit was exactly as described!
The unit was exactly as described! Only 5 or 6 houses from the beach. The property inside and out was very very clean and well maintained. Our unit was well stocked and we were able to park our car in the attached garage. This helped greatly because of the limited parking you would find so close to the beach. We were able to walk a few blocks down the boardwalk to get coffee, meals and shopping. Newport is a lovely small beach community! I have rented many many Airbnb's and Vrbo's and I must say this was one of the best rentals I have experienced! Thank you

We had a great stay
We had a great stay. The space had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, beds were cozy and soft. Everything was comfortable and well updated. The location is awesome, just steps from the beach and tons of great restaurants and shops right around the corner. Check in was easy, communication was great and when we had trouble figuring out a door lock, help was sent for us straightaway. We wished we could have stayed longer!!

Loved our stay! Everything was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that they offered beach chairs, but no umbrella or shade for beach.
