Every detail of this home has been thoughtfully presented and maintained, making it a long-time favorite for many of our returning guests year after year. Plan ahead to ensure there is still availability for your dates! Here's what you'll find:

 - Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware

 - Guests must provide their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)
BEDROOMS:
 - Bedroom #1: 1 Queen bed; located on ground level
 - Bedroom #2: 1 Queen bed; located on ground level
 - Bedroom #3: 1 Queen bed; located up flight of interior stairs
EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
2 twin trifold floor mats with pillows and linens are provided (and are best suited for children). A twin rollaway bed can be rented and delivered, if desired, in lieu of the floor mat. Make arrangements with our office for twin rollaway in advance of your stay to ensure availability and timely delivery.
BATHROOMS:
 - Hallway Bath: Step-in shower; located on ground level
 - Upper Hallway Bath: Tub/shower combo; located up flight of interior stairs

2 tandem spaces in shared 4-car garage. Garage height 84.5" H. Fits most standard vehicle sizes. Available neighborhood street parking can also be utilized, both metered and non-metered.

This home is easy walking distance to the Newport Pier, Lido Marina Village, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, & night life. Many recreational activities available including biking on the boardwalk, fishing, kayaking, surfing, golf, rollerblading, boating.Â

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, and portable high chairs, jogger strollers, twin rollaway beds, etc. Contact us for more information!
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.Â

This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

Want to stay again!
This place is perfectly close to the beach and places to eat and shop without using our cars. The house is attractive, well maintained and provides nearly everything you would need. We would definitely want to stay there again !

Great rental experience!
The place was clean and nicely equipped. We were in the lower unit which had 3 queen beds and was comfortable for 6. Just a few steps from the beach and only about 5 min walk to shops and restaurants. Perfect location. Would stay here again!

Everything was great.
Great stay in Newport! Very easy for beach days and close to several restaurants. Remote check-in made everything very easy. Only note is that footsteps in top unit can be heard in the mornings if neighbors are loud.

wouldn't think twice about staying again!
We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't think twice about staying again! I liked the cleanliness of the space. The BR and bath upstairs were comfortable for me and my wife. We slept quite quite well with no complaints. The surrounding area such as the beach/eating places/grocery store were easily walkable and seemed pretty safe at all times.

We always call Beachview when we come to California
We’ve rented from Beachview three or four times and have had great experiences. The staff at Beachview is very helpful with the planning process and always answers the phone. I think that is very helpful and much more efficient than email or texting (I’m a baby boomer). We had a problem with plumbing in one of the houses we rented and they arrived soon after we called to fix it. They have also answered questions for us during our stays. The houses are well stocked so all we have to buy is food. We always call Beachview when we come to California and will continue to do so.
