PETS:
Dogs are considered. # of pets, size and breed restrictions apply. Approval by Manager is required, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.Â

Amazing location!!! Never had to drive, everything’s in walking distance. The grocery store was a plus!

Everything we needed
This property provided everything that was needed for a great and fun time in Newport Beach, CA. Communication was great, check in and check out process was easy, the beach was 1 block away, and the amenities that were provided was excellent. Overall great experience! Notes about this specific unit: - You can’t really see the beach from very top balcony but it does give you a great skyline view of Orange County. - Interesting part of this house is the master bedroom has the shower outside of the master bathroom (which faces towards the bed). - Please keep in mind there is a bottom unit to this house; during my stay it was rented out but I did not hear much noise traveling from the bottom unit to the top unit. - AC and heating is very strong and works well.

The location of this home could not be better
Half a block from the beach, and a 10 minute walk on beachwalk to restaurants, stores and the Newport Beach pier. The bedding is surprisingly beautiful and the entire place was super clean. We spent lots of time on the rooftop space.

Surfs up!
This beach vibe is definitely what we were looking for. Miles of beachfront pathway made for beautiful scenery for waking and running along the beach. Night life on the pier adds to the excitement.

Beautiful Location
We loved the location! We were just 2 houses back from the beach and could hear the waves. We loved the deck on top of the roof and the deck off the main floor. Our only regret was not having a television in only one of all three bedrooms. It has a dishwasher and beautiful big kitchen and living room area.

Good for groups of friends
Great location. You can see the beach from the balcony. Just a few houses away. As other reviewers have pointed out, most furniture needs updating/modernizing. Sofa sinks in the middle, bed and floors squeak etc. The Kitchen is good. Everything is clean. Check in is quick and easy. There are rentals on either side of you and across. It can get a little noisy. Good for groups of friends.

GREAT location
GREAT location. Beach, Grocery, Shopping. Boardwalk.....this place has it all! Beautiful balcony and fun rooftop. Beds slept great.
