CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

Perfect family getaway
This property is beautiful and as described. So glad we found a beach house with a/c, you need it during the summer months. Short 3 minute walk to grocery store and 1 minute or less to the sand. Just wish they offered more towels, we washed/dried them several times during our stay.

Fantastic beach house would stay again. Well done on the property and layout. Had everything we needed. Only two complaints. Check in process and no key code. Could all be virtual with a code like every other vRBO.

Spring Break Family Fun
Great property! Only a 30 second walk to the beach. Love the neighborhood, close to the pier but just just far enough to be away from all the crowds. Very clean, spacious and modern. Our family had a great stay. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Overall great stay. Note~ this unit is attached to another unit, so you do get a bit of noise from upstairs guests but nothing too disturbing. We would and plan to stay here again!

The location alone is worth every penny!
The house was exactly as it was listed, amazing. Our family enjoyed our time so much! The kitchen was great, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and the rooftop and patio were the best spots to be.

Wonderful place
Adorable space designed by obviously caring individuals in a perfect location for beach access and shops. The informational notebooks on the area and rules for the space were helpful. The beds were super comfortable and the space well appointed for a beach trip. Given the parking situation in the neighborhood with weekend beach goers, we were very thankful to have the garage.

Just had the best stay here!
The house was exactly as pictured. The check in process was a breeze. It was also amazing, we rented a few beach cruisers, a surfboard and a wagon through beach view and they were just waiting for us at the house when we arrived! It was great having the accordion doors that opened to the patio and another great touch was the heaters on the patio it was a little chilly during our stay so we definitely utilized those. The location was amazing as well just a few houses from the beach and the parking spot was big enough to fit our large van but there was also street parking available through out our stay so we used that on occasion. They really thought of everything at this rental and it was a great experience and we can’t wait to come back next year!

This home has it all
This home has it all - it’s well apportioned and so close to the beach. The home was well decorated, the beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were very clean. It was easy to settle in and feel right at home the second you arrive. The collapsable wall across the front allows for hearing the ocean waves and enjoying the fresh ocean air without having the constant foot traffic that you’d get if you were on the boardwalk. Overall it was a great stay and I’d be happy to stay again!
