Spacious, clean, and bright throughout, this accommodation has long been a family favorite, with many of our guests returning year after year. Here's what you'll find:

1 space provided in shared double carport, accommodates most vehicles (some SUV's). Enclosed carport dimensions are 83" H and double wide. Rear alley access. Available general neighborhood parking can also be utilized (metered and unmetered).Â
LAUNDRY:
Shared coin-operated laundry facilities are located in utility room along ground floor walkway near garage. Guests must provide all laundry supplies and quarters.

OFF-SEASON OPTIONS:
During the Winter Off-Season, this unit can be rented as a 4, 3, or 2 bedroom unit. Rates vary based on the configuration. (June thru Sept., Spring Break, and Holidays excluded). Restrictions apply. Contact our office for detailed quotes.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, high chairs, jogger strollers, twin rollaway beds, and much more! CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

Great place for extended family to stay
The accommodations were great. Well furnished. Close to everything. Living space is perfect. The only complaint is the noise late at night from the neighbors: but that has nothing to do with this place. It was just unfortunate. They had a party well into the night both Friday and Saturday.

Perfect family retreat
Beautiful home, so much room. Fit a family of 10 perfectly. Great view of the ocean from the deck. Beach View Realty staff were excellent to work with!

Spring Break with teens
What we loved about the property was it was very close to the beach, just steps away. It was an upstairs unit which was nice. I felt the price was perfect. My husband and I took my daughter and a few of her friends so everyone was comfortable. The unit was close to shopping so we did not need the car. We could also BBQ. We will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay
The house fit our needs nicely. The only complaint would be the internet was not working. Great location.. parking was a challenge! Overall pleased with our stay.

The place was great for our family of 7. It was clean and in a great location. It is a very comfortable size and even 10 people would be comfortable. It is steps from the beach and you can hear the waves at night. We will definitely stay here again. (

Excellent place to rent
Excellent place to rent a beach house from. I've used them for about 5 years in a row and each time the booking process gets smoother. All the condos have been exceptional in cleanliness and comfort. Only one time have I had an issue and they had maintenance staff over promptly. I'll continue to be a repeat customer!!
