LINENS:
All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee.

EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 2 twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented in lieu of the mats, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.

DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE CENTRAL AIR. 

PARKING:
- 1 space provided in shared double garage, accommodates most small to mid-size vehicles.  Please park on the left hand side.  
- Available general neighborhood parking can also be utilized (metered, unmetered and payment kiosks - read all signs). 

LAUNDRY:
Facilities are located inside the unit. Guests must provide supplies

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, high chairs, jogger strollers, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information!

ALSO:
The adjacent 3 bedroom/2 bath (Unit A) can be rented simultaneously, when available, to accommodate extra guests. Contact our office for more details.

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

first class operation

This is a GREAT location! I appreciated everything about this place! Comfortable bed (would prefer cotton blankets, but that's OK) and pillows! Nice linens and towels, and the kitchen was nicely appointed with good, sharp knives, which you don't always get in a vacation rental. The BBQ was great, nice and clean and worked really well. The garage is really small and better for a compact car as there is a post right down the middle, but again, not a huge issue. The patio is shared, and we would have preferred a private one, but the other guests were nice. We will def book this place again. Was more expensive than last year, but worth it for the location.

The location of this home is perfect. Half a block to the sandy beach. Easily walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Everything was great!

We LOVED our home away from home here at Newport Beach. 112B was clean and comfortable, close to the ocean, the pier, great food and a grocery store! The Sunday morning farmers market at the pier was a pleasant surprise. We were in California for a wedding at Del Mar beach and couldn’t have been more pleased with our accommodations. The parking space was a little tight but we expected that when we needed to rent a minivan for the 6 of us, but it fit! Thank you for helping our family vacation/wedding go so smoothly. Definitely an 11 out of 10! Thank you for the perfect home! Everything was great! I really am at a loss for what could have made it better, honestly. The location was perfect. Super clean and comfortable.

Fantastic Birthday!

PERFECT way to celebrate my 60th! Home was walking distance to restaurants, the beach, pier and shopping. Once we parked we never had to use the car. Beachview Realty was easy to work with and answered all my question promptly.

Great Location

What a great location to stay with friends and family! It was as described and within steps to the sand. Stores are right across the street and the boardwalk is within steps also. Easy acess and process through Beachview. We had 6 people and it was perfect. We will definitely be back to this one.

We really enjoyed our mini vacation

We really enjoyed our mini vacation at this house, has everything you need, was clean , 20 steps to the beach and very close to markets,restaurants etc. It has an AC unit in the living room that was so refreshing. Beachview Realty people were very responsive and super nice. I’m looking forward to come here again!!
