EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
2 twin trifold floor mats w/ extra linens and pillows (best used for children) are provided; rollaway twin beds can be rented, in lieu of floor mats, if desired. Make arrangements in advance to ensure availability and delivery in time for your arrival.

1 small single space in shared carport; compact to midsize vehicle only. Carport dimensions, 77" H x 95.5" W. Neighborhood street parking (metered and non-metered) can also be utilized.Â
LOCATION:
Best of all is the close proximity to the popular 35th Street beach - known for its great surf and inviting shoreline. There is something for everyone at this longtime local favorite! And every convenience is within easy walking distance: eateries, coffee shops, grocery store, shopping, nightlife, the iconic Newport Pier, the posh Lido Marina Village, and so many destinations in between! The beachfront boardwalk, which stretches 6-miles along the peninsula, is the best way to explore the town on foot or on beach cruiser. Guests can park their cars and not use them again until departure day!Â
OFF-SEASON OPTIONS:
During the Winter Off-Season (summer, spring break, holidays excluded), this vacation unit can be rented as a 3 Bdrm/2 Ba; 2 Bdrm/ 2 Ba; or 1 Bdrm/2 Ba. Rates vary based on the configuration. Restrictions apply. Contact our office for a detailed quote.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:Â

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations of 30 nights or less) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

Not too fancy, but it did the trick
This place was very close to the beach, and we were in easy walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store, which was nice. Everything was very clean, but the whole unit could definitely use some updates. The bath tub looked a little run down and the carpet and towels seemed kind of old. The kitchen equipment was fair/adequate, but as is common in most rentals, the knives were horrible. Beds were very comfortable. If you don't need something really fancy, this is fine! Neighborhood definitely noisy, including some construction at a nearby home.

Great Location
Beds are SUPER comfortable. Location is great. Carpets need to be replaced or thoroughly cleaned. Other than that, we will be back for sure.

Great location and accommodations.
We visited with our adult children and we had a lot of room to spare. Great location to the beach and restaurants. Very quiet and relaxing. Thank you.

Great location to the beach and shopping at the pier. Just off the boardwalk but close to the water
Enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was decently stocked with cooking equipment. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels provided. This was a comfortable place for our family of multiple ages for a beach vacation.

would definitely recommend them
We've used beachview realty before and would definitely recommend them. The only problem I have with all these outfits is ( and they are all the same) check in at 3 pm and check out at 10 am. Just doesn't seem right. But we always have a wonderful time at beachview properties!!
