1 space provided in shared double carport, accommodates most vehicles (some SUV's). Carport dimensions are 83" H and double wide. Available general neighborhood parking can also be utilized (metered and unmetered).Â
LOCATION:
Best of all is the close proximity to the popular 35th Street beach - known for its great surf and inviting shoreline. There is something for everyone at this longtime local favorite! And every convenience is within easy walking distance: eateries, coffee shops, grocery store, shopping, nightlife, the iconic Newport Pier, the posh Lido Marina Village, and so many destinations in between! The beachfront boardwalk, which stretches 6-miles along the peninsula, is the best way to explore the town on foot or on beach cruiser. Guests can park their cars and not use them again until departure day!
RECREATIONAL GEAR:Â
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, twin rollaway beds, and much more! CITY TAX:

Great place!
Close to beach, fun for everyone!!!! would definitely go back to stay here.

Newport Beach 4 nights 2020
Pros: *Location was great. 1 house from the beach with water views. *Home was clean. Cons: *Due to no a/c had to have windows open all night and was very noisy.( we knew in advance there was no a/c). Also our stay was During a major holiday. *The home itself is in need of much repair and renovation. The property management did disclose before our stay that property was rated at minimum standards. *Upon arrival at property there was a strong gas smell. Management quickly fixed issue with stove same day along with broken closet door and broken screen door to rear balcony. Special thanks to Tim from maintenance with Beachview Realty. Even with the above issues we did enjoy our stay, but next time at a different property.

Less than a minute walk to the beach! Furnishings/amenities are basic but we found it fit our needs. Great for a larger group on a budget.

Awesome location
Had a wonderful vacation at this lovely beach house. Very roomy to fit 9 family members and only a few steps to the beach! We all enjoyed the time together.

Great stay for a larger group
Great stay for a larger group; location by the beach and distance to local food and drink scene by foot made it ideal for us. Beachview team was responsive with all communication and helped us confirm our reservation after a series of earlier cancellations from different hosts. Would recommend staying here.

I’d recommend this house to anyone
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. We both have family members in California and I made sure to inform the hosts that they will be coming by and they let me adjust our head count literally 10 minutes before check in. We had the upstairs unit. Aside the first few days of us staying, we didn’t have downstairs neighbors so really no noise problem. We were literally 10 steps away from the beach and maybe a solid 10 minute enjoyable walk from the pier. A slightly outdated home but it got the job done. Comfortable, clean, had everything we needed. Only downside I’d say was having to pay for washer and dryer but we used my sisters washer and dryer so just be prepared to bring quarters incase you need it. Two car garage so don’t stress about parking on the busy neighborhood street. Why pay 5K+ for a direct beach house when you can stay here and only be 10 steps away from the sand? I’d recommend this house to anyone.
