Besides what is already stocked and prepared for our guests, anything else needed or desired is either a walk or bike ride away. Here's what you'll find in this downstairs unit:

EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
2 twin trifold floor mats w/ extra linens and pillows (best used for children) are provided; rollaway twin beds can be rented, in lieu of floor mats, if desired. Make arrangements in advance to ensure availability and delivery in time for your arrival.

1 space provided in shared double carport, accommodates most vehicles (some SUV's). Garage dimensions are 83" H and double wide. Available general neighborhood parking can also be utilized (metered and unmetered).Â

Best of all is the close proximity to the popular 35th Street beach - known for its great surf and inviting shoreline. There is something for everyone at this longtime local favorite! And every convenience is within easy walking distance: eateries, coffee shops, grocery store, shopping, nightlife, the iconic Newport Pier, the posh Lido Marina Village, and so many destinations in between! The beachfront boardwalk, which stretches 6-miles along the peninsula, is the best way to explore the town on foot or on beach cruiser. Guests can park their cars and not use them again until departure day!
RECREATIONAL GEAR:Â
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Great location!
The property was exactly what you would expert for a beach rental. Nice to have doors straight into the bathroom from the outside. Having the bbq on the front patio was great. We didn’t spend a ton of time inside, but what we did, we enjoyed.

Great Location but Noisy
The location of this property is amazing. You'll be on the beach within 40 steps and the neighborhood is great. If you are staying downstairs and there are guests upstairs, you will hear every footstep or movement of any kind. We had a couple families with kids above us, and the noise was non-stop. It was mainly walking or scooting furniture on the deck, but the noise is amplified and very disruptive. The house is clean and the beds are comfortable, but it is dated and the amenities are minimal. Be clear that you are renting this property primarily for the location. We would rent this house again, but only if we rented both upstairs and downstairs with family or friends.

exactly what we wanted and expected. Parking is tough but welcome to Newport. There is a space provided though for one vehicle. The place was clean and plenty on towels and extra linens provided without even asking. Remember you are at the beach and it’s a beach community so there is a lot of people around. We knew that going in and loved our time there. Nice patio for a bbq and hanging out. Plenty of space for us with 4 adults and 4 children.

Close to the beach
The unit was conveniently located and close to the beach, however the unit is in need of updates. The back master Bedroom has two full bathrooms, with is a little awkward and less private. I have stayed in better and have stayed in worse. Please note you must check in at Realty office, which if you are pressed for time or not arriving during business hours, it can be a challenge. I did not see this anywhere in the listing, but may have overlooked.

The place was clean and plenty on towels and extra linens provided without even asking. Remember you are at the beach and it’s a beach community so there is a lot of people around. We knew that going in and loved our time there. Nice patio for a bbq and hanging out. Plenty of space for us with 4 adults and 4 children.

Renter
Our family visit for a week around the same time every year. The weather awesome! We love never having to get in our car to go somewhere. We ride our bikes and bike everywhere. Lots of great restaurants and coffee close by. Our place accommodated all 8 of us and our dog very comfortably. I of only suggest that the owner make a fe updates to the place we stayed in. Hooks are needed in the bathrooms to hang towels, the fridge & dishwasher didn’t close correctly & the shower heads ere very uncomfortable to shower under. The Parking space accommodates a truck ok but our 2023 suburban did not fit. Just minor suggestions to an overall maxing stay!

Great stay.
The area is great. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and other entertainment in the area. Beachview was quick to respond to maintenance concerns.

spacious home and beautiful surroundings
The home was in a perfect location, 2 mins walk next to the beach. You could enjoy the sunrise and sunset everyday. It’s such a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood and most of all, very safe. Didn’t want to leave! Inside, everything was clean and easy to navigate. Appreciated the full kitchen and small details provided. We even had a personalised welcome note with some snacks which was a nice surprise. The only small downside is that the interior and facilities are slightly older and worn out than in the pictures. You need to pay for the washing machine in the garage, and the dryer doesn’t work. But the host was quick to respond and to help. I’d stay here again for the spacious home and beautiful surroundings.

Had a great spring break stay with Beachview. Was even better than I expected. And dang it I forgot my beach towels but that had a closet full of them for me. Much appreciated.
