Our historic upstairs charmer has been lovingly outfitted to comfortably accommodate couples or small families in our favorite beach town! This is where the past meets the present with a great balance of vintage ambiance and coziness, but with a fresh take on hospitality. Even the original milk bottle delivery door is still part of the kitchen vibe! Every detail for a successful beach vacation has been provided within each of the small-scale, yet well-supplied rooms. Here's what you'll find:
 
LIVING ROOM:
 - Leather sofa and side seating
 - Cable TV
 - Full length picture windows w/ amazing view of Newport Harbor
DINING AREA:
 - Glass dining table w/ seating for 6
KITCHEN:
 - Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware
 - Large and small appliances (exception: no dishwasher)
 - Guests must provide food, drinks, spices, condiments
BEDROOMS: 
 - Queen bed in each bedroom
 - Cable TV in one of the bedrooms
EXTRA SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS:  2 twin tri-fold floor mats - best used by children - extra linens and pillows provided (twin rollaway beds can be rented/delivered in lieu of the mats, if adult sleeping accommodations are preferred. DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. 

PARKING: One single parking space in the shared double garage, which will accommodate small to mid-size vehicles (no SUV’s). General neighborhood street parking can also be utilized, both meter and non-meter.

LAUNDRY: Brand new shared laundry facilities located in the garage; guests must provide their own supplies 

LOCATION: 
 - Easy access to both the bayfront swim beach just across the street and the 
 - A couple of short blocks to the nearby ocean - perfect for all ages 
 - Walking distance to the ever popular Balboa Ferry (rides to Balboa Island), 
    Fun Zone, the Balboa Pier and Village w/ several eateries and shops.

LINENS:
All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee and are attractively installed.

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers; twin rollaway beds and much more!
