Calming European tones are applied throughout each room, along with hints of ewport Beach's nautical roots. It's no coincidence that the setting also includes a private bayfront beach, access to a boardwalk for rejuvenating strolls, and coveted recreation, right outside the front doors! LAUNDRY:
Facilities located on first level. Guests must provide their own supplies.
PARKING:
- 1 garage space for most vehicle sizes. Garage Dimension: 16' 4" Deep X 15' 4" Wide.
- Additional parking for 1 car behind the garage (PLEASE NOTE: There is street sweeping every Tuesday. Do not park behind garage on Tuesday, or you will receive a parking ticket!).
- Guests can also utilize neighborhood street parking (non-metered)
LOCATION:
Lido Island. Exclusive Lido Marina Village, along with the resurrected Regency Lido Theater, are within minutes walking distance to provide excellent shopping, dining and water craft rentals. Guests can utilize and enjoy the various community docks, bayfront walkways and inner-island piazzas throughout the neighborhood. A few blocks down from the home is Genoa Park with playground equipment on the beach for the kids, along with a handy public boat dock.
The Balboa Peninsula is also just a minute away, offering a three-mile-stretch of activity and fun in the surf and sand (surfing, body boarding, paddle boarding, sun bathing). Easy day excursions can take you to Disneyland/California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and more! Discover world-class shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza--less than a 15-minute drive away.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, twin rollaway beds, and much more! CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
