PARKING:
- 2 spaces in carport - mid-size or smaller vehicles recommended. Not all SUV's will fit.
- General street parking - metered, unmetered, and pay kiosk - throughout the neighborhood when available.
LAUNDRY:
Free facilities located in the home. Guests must provide supplies.
LOCATION:
This home is conveniently located along the peninsula’s main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Due to the high end amenities featured within this property, we may require a Refundable Security Deposit. Deductions may be made for damages or missing items, as well as tampering with any of the A/V (audio visual) equipment on-site. Please do not attempt to remedy any A/V issues, and simply report them to our offices if encountered.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
