Enjoy easy access to the soft sand and tame waves of the 19th street beach (again - three houses from your rental!) and perfect for all levels of ocean experience. Or, spend an afternoon on the bayside of the peninsula at the beautiful Marina Park, where you can rent kayaks and stand-up paddleboards to explore the calm waters of the harbor before eating at the fabulous Lighthouse Cafe with panoramic bay views. Also one block from your rental is the Newport Pier area, where coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and breakfast joints abound! (Not to mention top-notch people-watching).

Easy day excursions can take you to Disneyland/California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and more! Enjoy world-class shopping at Lido Marina Village, Fashion Island, and South Coast Plaza--less than a 15-minute drive away. Note: This unit is conveniently located along the peninsula’s main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
