Enjoy easy access to the soft sand and tame waves of the 19th street beach (again - three houses from your rental!) and perfect for all levels of ocean experience. Or, spend an afternoon on the bayside of the peninsula at the beautiful Marina Park, where you can rent kayaks and stand-up paddleboards to explore the calm waters of the harbor before eating at the fabulous Lighthouse Cafe with panoramic bay views. Also one block from your rental is the Newport Pier area, where coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and breakfast joints abound! (Not to mention top-notch people-watching). 

Other walkable/bikeable destinations include Lido Marina Village, the Fun Zone, the Balboa Pier, and Balboa Island, which are all must-visits! Iconic landmarks like the Dory Fleet Fish Market, Crab Cooker, and Spaghetti Factory are within a stone’s throw of your home as well. There’s even a 7-11 located right across the street from your rental for easy grab-and-go snacks and necessities. We’re telling you, this spot has it all! EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Rollaway twin beds can be rented, in lieu of living room sofa beds, if desired. Make arrangements in advance to ensure availability and delivery in time for your arrival.

LINENS: 
All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee.

Shared free facilities in the garage. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.


PARKING:
- 1 small space in shared double garage, accessed in rear alley; compact to midsize vehicle only.
- Neighborhood street parking (metered and non-metered) can also be utilized. 


LOCATION: 
Easy day excursions can take you to Disneyland/California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and more! Enjoy world-class shopping at Lido Marina Village, Fashion Island, and South Coast Plaza--less than a 15-minute drive away. Note: This unit is conveniently located along the peninsula’s main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.


SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
