DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. 

PARKING: 1 space in shared 2-car garage. Fits most vehicle sizes. Accessed via rear alley; Available neighborhood street parking can also be utilized (metered and non-metered). 

LAUNDRY: Shared free facilities are located in the garage. Guests must provide supplies.

LOCATION: Bayfront Marina Park is just 1/2 block away - a local favorite, including a fantastic bayfront kids' playground, the Lighthouse Cafe, paddle board and sailboat rentals; the historical Newport Pier, restaurants and shops galore; and the beach just across Balboa Blvd.

NOTE: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
