LOCATION:
Optimally situated between the Newport and Balboa Pier, our home is also a short walk to full access of Newport’s beautiful bay and pleasure harbor for boating, kayaking, paddling and sight-seeing, along with multiple restaurants and other casual eateries and shops. Nearby Marina Park (one block away) is a must-see on the bay any time of year, but also the best spot in town to view the world famous Christmas Boat Parade. Note: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula’s main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.
DISCLOSURE:
This is an upstairs unit which requires using stairs to access the main and only entrance to the unit. The landing at the top of the stairs is narrow.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
