 - 2 tandem spaces in shared 4-car garage accessed from rear alley. Fits most vehicle sizes.
 - Garage is accessed via rear alley
 - General street parking can also be utilized throughout the neighborhood when available and on-site parking is being utilized.

ALSO: For additional accommodations, the downstairs 3 bedroom/3 bath unit can also be booked simultaneously, when available, to accommodate larger family or business groups on the entire property.

RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach, recreational, or baby gear is available for rent from the management at reasonable rates for our guests: bikes of all sizes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, beach umbrellas, wagons, corn hole; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, rollaway twin beds, and much more! NOTE: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
