Our front 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit is the perfect place for a single, couple, or small family to experience Newport Beach firsthand any time of the year - in an economical way! This unit's living/dining/kitchen area is simply, yet comfortably furnished, and is well-equipped to easily accommodate up to 4 guests.  But best of all is the close proximity - 100 yards - to the very popular 44th Street beach on the Newport Peninsula.

- Newport Beach is the premier vacation destination in Southern California. Boasting one of the best recreational harbor and beaches the world has to offer.  Just a few blocks to the famous boardwalk, and the nearby Newport Pier area, as well as multiple eateries, shopping, groceries, the Lido Theater, and many other conveniences, make this location ideal for walking and biking to all your desired destinations without ever having to get in your car!

*EXTRA SLEEPING: Additional sleeping accommodations are provided via 1 twin trifold floor mat, (best used for children) along with extra linens/pillows. A twin rollaway bed can be rented if adult sleeping accommodations are desired in lieu of the floor mat. Make arrangements with our office in advance, so delivery can be scheduled for the day of arrival.

DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. 

PARKING: A very small single-car garage is included with this unit; (right side) compact vehicles only. Garage dimensions 81"H x 92" W. General neighborhood street parking can also be utilized (metered and unmetered) when available.

LAUNDRY: Shared free facilities; along side walkway; guests must provide supplies.  

NOTE: The twin rear 1 bedroom/1 bath unit (Unit B) can also be rented simultaneously, when available, to accommodate a maximum of 8 total overnight guests on the entire property. See separate listing or contact our office for more information.

LINENS:
All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee and are attractively installed. 

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers; twin rollaway beds and much more!
