Small families will enjoy this petite, downstairs unit, located just 1/2 block from the ever-popular 44th Street beach on the Newport Peninsula. Please note: this property is considered "basic" in nature, and has been priced below market rates because of this. There are minor cosmetic issues throughout the home, but overall, the unit still provides a very economical option for families to enjoy the area comfortably and safely. Here's what you'll find:

LIVING/DINING ROOM:
 - Wicker loveseat with matching side chairs
 - Streaming cable TV
 - French doors lead out to front patio (Note: one set of French doors has been temporarily disabled. One set of French doors still functional).
 - Dining table with seating for 4


KITCHEN:
 - Open to the living/dining areas
 - Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware
 - All large and small appliances
 - Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (coffee filters, napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)


BEDROOMS:
Bedroom #1:  Queen bed; En suite bathroom

EXTRA SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: 
To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 2 twin trifold floor mats are provided, along with extra linens/pillows. (the floor mats are better suited for children) Twin rollaway beds can be rented if adult sleeping accommodations are desired instead of mats. Make arrangements in advance, to ensure delivery in time for guest arrival. Contact our office.

Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, rollaway twin beds, and much more! CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach. 


SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
