DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING. 

PARKING: Three garage spaces plus one carport space - accessed from the rear alley; free parking throughout the neighborhood, when available

LAUNDRY: Free facilities located in main house garage. Guests must provide their own supplies.

ATTENTION: Because the rear upstairs unit is not connected internally to the front main house, parental supervision of children and any guests under 25 is mandatory at all times in both front and rear units - especially overnight. The rear unit is not permitted to operate as a "kids' room". It is a home and must have overnight parental supervision.

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, and much more! NOTE: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
