Welcome to the beach! The surrounding motif of our downstairs getaway immerses you in a vacation state of mind from the minute you walk through the door. Walk or bike to all the best local destinations from your very own seaside digs, located only a few steps from the 31st Street beach and boardwalk. Here's what you'll find in this lower unit:

EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 2 twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented in lieu of the mats, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.

- 1 reserved space in shared double garage, accommodates most small to mid-size vehicles. Please park on the right hand side. 
- Available general neighborhood parking can also be utilized (metered, unmetered and payment kiosks - read all signs). 


LAUNDRY:
Free facilities are located inside of the unit. Guests must provide their own supplies.


CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.


SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
