LAUNDRY: Full-size washer and dryer located in the garage. Guests must provide their own supplies

LOCATION: Located in the quaint and exclusive neighborhood of Peninsula Point, the Balboa Pier is a 10-15 minute walk along the beachside boardwalk. A bike ride on its designated bike path leads from Balboa through Newport Beach and all the local diversions - including paddleboards, kayaks, wave-runners, deep-sea fishing tours and the Catalina Island Flyer water taxi service.  A short ferry-ride, whether on foot, on bike, or in your car, offers quick access to Balboa Island.  

For children, the "Fun Zone" at the Balboa Pier, with its signature Ferris-Wheel, offers the excitement of arcade-style entertainment, food and beverages.
For adults, the Balboa and Newport Piers offer nightlife with an array of restaurants and live music venues.  Don't forget, you are only minutes away from world-class shopping and dining at South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island.

RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers; twin rollaway beds and much more! NOTE: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

Due to the unique location of the unit, The City of Newport Beach, and the CA Coastal Commission have stringent requirements in keeping the grass/sand areas of the unit free of Personal Property.
Personal Property of any kind (such as, but not limited to: beach chairs, towels, sand buckets, sports/ recreational gear) are prohibited on the grass and sand adjacent to the homes at and around 107 G Street after daylight hours. 
Items found on grass or sand after daylight subject the owner of the personal property, and the homeowners of 107 G Street and neighboring homes, to monetary fines from the City of Newport Beach and the California Coastal Commission.
Should such a penalty or fine arise, the personal property owner will be held responsible for the payment of all penalties and attorney fees and costs that result to homeowners.
