MEET Omar Renteros

Omar Renteros brings a unique blend of integrity and acumen to the Beachview Realty team. A broker’s associate and property manager, Omar leverages his past experience in finance and real estate appraisals to inform clients to make wise investment decisions. On top of being an excellent adviser, he stands apart from other brokers for his sharp negotiating skills and down-to-earth personality. Specializing in Orange County and its surrounding areas, Omar consistently advocates on his clients’ behalf, placing an emphasis on investment analysis to strengthen their negotiating power.

Omar is originally from Lima, Peru, with roots going back to Israel and Italy. He relocated to Orange County with his family in 1989, then he moved to New York for his education. When he returned, friends and family encouraged him to enter real estate, pointing out that he naturally possessed the qualities that would serve his future clients well: a warm personality, dedication, and honesty. Their positive recommendations were the first of many. Omar is in-demand not only for his unique perspective and skill set but also for his genuine good character.

A surfer since a young age, Omar was the Peruvian National Junior Champ in 1987 and represented Peru in two World Cups of Surfing. Because the ocean has been part of Omar’s life for as long as he can remember, helping clients find a home and a community near the water is especially meaningful for him. When he’s off duty, he enjoys surfing and hiking with his two sons or relaxing at home, where they all cook together. He has a long history of travelling internationally, taking photographs wherever he goes. Living in Orange County for over 30 years has shown Omar again and again why it’s worth making a home here. He loves his community at work and at home, and he hopes to share that feeling with as many people as possible.
