MEET Laura Siapin

Laura Siapin’s background in design, entrepreneurship, marketing and design—along with her willingness to serve and connecting with people —gives her a unique edge as a real estate sales agent.

The initial seeds of her appreciation for design and creative problem-solving were planted in Laura when, she assisted in the family architectural office as a young student. A lifelong Southern California local, Laura recently relocated from Newport Beach to San Clemente where she commutes from as CFO of the non-profit foundation, ET Studios, a 501C3 focused on bringing together community via visual arts.

She spends her free time exploring with her two active daughters by her side, including outdoor adventures to LA, Joshua Tree, Mammoth, and all things ocean.

Laura’s unique perspective is an asset to her practice. Not only has she developed a strong work ethic and organizational skills, but her experience in the business of art, design, and marketing adds an elegance and sophistication to listings, as well as other visual presentations. Laura also facilitates the unique option of art and design consulting adding another dimension of expertise to her client’s listings. At every step, Laura takes a genuine and honest approach to her practice.

Part of Laura’s approach is to provide each of her clients with a personalized strategy, whether the goal is to establish a first position for a buyer or a focused vision for listings, marketing campaigns, and events. Laura’s openness, reliability, and advocacy on her clients’ behalf make offers and other communications run as smoothly as possible.
